Frank Hall served as Executive Vice President of Retail Real Estate for JP Morgan Chase Bank and was responsible for branch openings as Chase expanded by 150 locations annually. Prior to Chase, Frank opened the doors of more than 250 CVS/pharmacy locations per year as Senior Vice President of Real Estate. Currently under his guidance, Frank Hall Consulting provides analysis to support retailer and bank expansion plans.
In 1997, Mark Gottlieb launched MetroGroup Development that is responsible for developing over 3 million square feet of retail, office and mixed-use communities. The firm is currently the preferred developer for national tenants including CVS/pharmacy (over 100 stores), Family Dollar, Chase Bank and Zaxby’s. Prior to MetroGroup, Mark managed a team responsible for $100 million in development activities as Senior Vice President for Branch Properties. He also opened 56 stores in two years for a start-up retailer and was involved in the initial public offering and eventual sale of the company.
